As a leader in the software and SaaS industry, Gartner Digital Markets began in 2020 to offer a series of webinars covering currently pressing topics in the tech world and the best practices to navigate uncertain market shifts. To alert our vendor audience about these webinars, we ran an extensive campaign that involved multiple rounds of email invitations sent to our base. With clear calls-to-action and compelling copy, this campaign directly contributed to over 500 new subscribers to the webinar series.
Reviews Quality White Paper • Gartner Digital Markets
To support the software and SaaS providers who turn to Gartner Digital Markets for the best industry practices, we provided white papers on in-depth topics covering the most up-to-date and relevant Gartner research. I wrote this white paper with a focus on how to understand and identify what makes a high-quality review, as well as to provide resources to software and SaaS providers to help them better manage and maintain the integrity of their reviews.

As part of the product offering to software and SaaS provider vendors who chose to create a listing on Gartner Digital Markets, we offered a suite of services called Data Insights. We created a role-focused landing page, wherein I crafted copy that outlines the value of Data Insights’s products to three key roles in our vendor audience: Sales, Marketing and Product Development.
Brand Guide • Sunbrella
This brand guide was created for a training program for Sunbrella sales reps in Latin America but has since become a sort of benchmark for multiple projects because it has proven so useful. It was one of the first big projects where I had the opportunity to aggregate information on our entire range of Sunbrella products, and to write top-level brand language to use as a jumping off point for any conversation about the brand.
Tradeshow Postcard • Sien and Co. for Sunbrella
Sien + Co is an indie brand who we had the opportunity to create a collection with that integrated Sunbrella Renaissance yarns–a special recycled yarn we make. With Sien + Co’s emphasis on “life-proof” fabrics that are backed by sustainable processes, I had a lot of fun bringing their cool, relaxed vibe into the copy for this postcard, created to feature at Maison & Object 2018, an annual international arts and home decor trade show that features Paris Design Week.
Coral and Tusk Collection Guide • Sunbrella
Coral & Tusk, an indie company that specializes in embroidered fabrics and keepsakes, partnered with Sunbrella to create a unique, heirloom-quality collection of embroidered Sunbrella performance fabrics. I crafted a design story as part of a collection guide we created to introduce these very special fabrics to designers and manufacturers.

I was recruited to the teen fashion retailer rue21 in 2013 in order to help them launch their first e-commerce site, and in doing so I developed a brand standard and trained additional copywriters.
Landing Page • Wonderlust for Sunbrella
The Wonderlust Collection is a true partnership between Sunbrella Contract (Sunbrella’s commercial fabric brand), Mayer Fabrics and the Museum of International Folk Art. Together we collaborated to highlight this unique collection on a microsite, using the colorful global inspiration of the fabrics to guide the site’s look, feel and content.
