In addition to developing a brand standard and training additional copywriters for teen fashion retailer rue21, I was recruited to boost engagement in their email marketing. Swapping heavy, messy content blocks with too many calls to action, I focused on developing tight and engaging copy with a single CTA that captured rue21’s signature playful style.
